What It Does:
● Fades sun spots, age spots, and other hyperpigmentation
● Diminishes wrinkles
● Brightens and firms by boosting cell turnover
● Promotes clearer skin and tighter pores
Who It’s For:
Most skin types (this product may be too active for some extra sensitive skin types) seeking anti-aging and rejuvenation from past damage to the skin.
How It Works:
If you can use retinol, you should. Retinol is one of the most lauded ingredients in skin care and decades of impressive results in studies prove why. Dermatologists recommend products containing this powerfully effective vitamin A derivative more than any other anti-aging topical because it addresses such a wide range of signs of aging and damage to the skin. But prescription-strength retinol can be irritating, requires a doctor’s visit, and usually does not come in a synergy with other beneficial ingredients.
The Retinol Evening Renewal Serum delivers 1% retinol in a synergistic blend of anti-aging actives that proves less can truly be more. Rather than a one-dimensional high dose retinol product that could do more harm than good, the Retinol Evening Renewal Serum pairs just the right amount of retinol with other dermatological powerhouse ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ferulic acid to maximize results and minimize the potential for sensitivity in most skin types. This serum also packs two B vitamins, B3 (niacinamide) for hyperpigmentation and inflammatory conditions like acne, and B5 for moisture retention and clarifying acne-prone skin.
These active ingredients paired with a results-optimizing concentration of retinol makes this serum essential for your anti-aging regimen.

Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana) Extract: natural plant extract, excellent astringent.

Hyaluronic Acid: improves elasticity and provides excellent hydration because of the ability to penetrate skin and hold water.
Retinyl Acetate: Vitamin A (retinol), increases rate of skin cell turnover, increases collagen.
Ferulic Acid: also known as Cinamic Acid, potent antioxidant especially against damage caused by sun.
Caprylyl Glycol: preservative.
Sorbic Acid: preservative.
Apply once daily to clean, dry skin on face, neck and chest, in the PM only.
If you have tried prescription Retin-A and found that it was too irritating for your skin, here’s good news. Kate’s Retinol Evening Renewal Serum can give you significant anti-aging improvements, comparable to those obtained by using a prescription product, without the irritation. If sensitivity does occur, reduce use to every other day.
When using any product with a form of retinol (Vitamin A), as contained in our Retinol Evening Renewal Serum, your skin can be more sensitive to the sun (even though you are only using the product at night). When using this product, it is even more important to protect your skin with sunscreen, SPF 30 or above. Choose a product that states "UVA/UVB," protection or has "broad spectrum" protectant.
This product has not been tested for use by women who are pregnant or nursing. We do not recommend using retinol, or any form of Vitamin A during pregnancy or while nursing. We always recommend consulting your physician or medical care professional to assess the safety of any high potency topical skincare product.
