Who It’s For

For all skin types and sensitivity levels

How It Works

Vitamin C Night Repair Serum delivers two powerful, oil-soluble forms of vitamin C, 20% tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate and 0.5% ascorbyl palmitate, in a medium of anti-aging rosehip and pomegranate seed oils. These oil-soluble nutrients pair with an array of youth-promoting antioxidants including DMAE, alpha lipoic acid and astaxanthin. Phloretin, an absorption-enhancing antioxidant, helps the nutrients penetrate deeply into the skin, improving tone and texture, while addressing collagen loss and damage.

This lightweight serum is also infused with two forms of vitamin E, another essential fat-soluble vitamin for maintaining healthy, more youthful skin, and a more even skin tone. In addition to the moisture from nourishing plant oils, your skin will receive a burst of plumping hydration from hyaluronic acid, for fuller, dewier skin.

Why do we make two different vitamin C serums? Just as our bodies need healthy dietary fats to deliver oil-soluble nutrients, and water-based foods and beverages to facilitate water-soluble nutrients, our skin can benefit from different delivery systems for maximum nutrition delivered topically. Every opportunity to deliver varying forms of nutrition to the skin will enhance the results of your regimen.

While some skin types may do best with one delivery system or the other (depending on sensitivity level or personal preference), it’s possible to use both serums by using one in the morning and one at night if desired.

We like to think of our Vitamin C Night Repair Serum as “moonglow for your skin”. It’s a supercharged, more-than-meets-the-eye vitamin C serum designed with an emollient texture for nighttime. You’ll wake up to calm, even, and radiantly beautiful skin.

Good Stuff

This nighttime serum goes on easily and feels good on my skin. I would have given 5 stars if the bottle was a little larger. I highly recommend this company and their shipping is super fast.

Good ingredients, but ineffective

I love the list of active ingredients in this serum, but I didn’t see results—in fact it seemed to prevent my water-based serums from doing their job...
When I test a new product I only apply it to half of my face for a few days, and leave the order side without, so I have something I can really compare to, and it gives a pretty good gage of efficacy. The side that I applied this on looked very sad and sunken—like my hyaluronic serum wasn’t absorbed. The antioxidant oil I use probably wasn’t either.
I suppose it is the propanediol in the formulation: In light of this experience and one other product from a different company, I’ve found that propanediol doesn’t play well with oil-based or water-based solutions. I will try changing up the order of application once more, but more than likely I will be returning.
